Instant rice noodles (takes 3 min to cook on stove top)
Ready-to-use-vegetable broth (chicken OK too.)
Cooked escarole. (leftover is perfect for this. Or cook it fresh. Easy. Wash it, tear, place in a pot with a little water and olive oil. Cover and cook over low heat until tender.)
Note: Frozen spinach works well too. Just cook in the microwave. Ready in minutes. Drain and add.
